Leasement provides a specialized B2B marketplace matching retail brands with commercial real estate property owners. Services include property verification, footfall analytics, AI tenant-property matching, digital term sheet facilitation, and communication dashboards.

• For Retail Brands: Access to verified high-street, mall, and commercial inventory, footfall mobility scores, and direct landlord negotiations.
• For Property Owners: Listing tools, tenant lead qualification, brand background verification, and occupancy management tools.

3. Account Registration & Security

Users must provide accurate, current, and verified business information during registration. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. You agree to notify Leasement immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

4. Property Listings & Verification

Property owners warrant that all listed properties are legally owned, authorized for commercial lease, and compliant with local municipal zoning laws. Leasement reserves the right to unlist or suspend any property that fails physical verification, contains inaccurate square footage or photos, or violates municipal codes.

5. Fees and Success Charges

Browsing listings and receiving initial property recommendations is 100% free for retail brands. Listing properties is free for landlords. Success fees, enterprise analytics subscriptions, or transaction processing fees apply only upon executing a binding lease agreement as specified in your service tier agreement.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, software, mobility algorithms, branding elements, and data reports on the Leasement platform are protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, scrape, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any platform data without express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Leasement operates as a technology facilitator and matching marketplace. While we verify listings and mobility data to the highest standard, Leasement is not a party to final lease contracts signed between property owners and brand tenants, and shall not be held liable for lease disputes, tenant defaults, or structural property defects.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
